IC 434: John Bozeman

John Bozeman’s IC 434 The Horsehead Nebula (also known as Barnard 33 in emission nebula IC 434) is a dark nebula in the constellation Orion. This stunning object is found south of the star Alnitak east on Orion's Belt. It is part of the larger Orion Molecular Cloud Complex. The Horsehead Nebula is some 1,500 light years from our Earth.
